Design-partner program

Performance creative,
underwritten.

A bounded test designed around one business gate. Orcool funds creative production. The advertiser funds distribution. Real spend decides which lineage earns the next iteration.

Small founding cohort · Terms agreed before production · No guaranteed outcome

Capital allocation

Each side funds what it controls.

Orcool Creative production

A bounded set of traceable creative hypotheses and their production cost, within an agreed risk envelope.

Advertiser Media distribution

The spend, market access, approval owner and delivery data required to run a test that can actually answer the question.

Agreed together Success mechanics

The KPI, attribution rules, winner gate and commercial terms. Exact economics are scoped per design-partner pilot.

Pilot structure

One test. Explicit gates. No fuzzy handoff.

A pilot progresses because evidence clears the next gate—not because a deck or batch of assets exists.

Fit

Confirm the sponsor, market, budget, KPI, data access, approval speed and bounded risk envelope.

Test design

Lock the brief, creative cells, lineage map, rights, measurement and explicit winner definition before production.

Proof live

Launch the agreed cells into real distribution with sufficiently complete attribution and a recorded learning loop.

Business winner

A lineage crosses the agreed commercial gate. Views, taste and isolated platform metrics do not substitute for it.

Compound

Preserve the winning mechanism, change controlled variables and return descendants to media with lineage attribution intact.

Winner compounding

Don’t restart after a winner. Build around it.

A winning asset contains evidence about a mechanism, message, scene and audience. The next cycle should preserve what worked and change only what the hypothesis requires.

A

Isolate

Identify the winning lineage and separate the likely mechanism from accidental surface details.

B

Diagnose

Use delivery evidence, market signal and qualified local judgment to form one clear edit hypothesis.

C

Descend

Produce controlled variants while preserving traceability back to the working parent.

D

Return

Put the descendants back into spend and let the same business gate judge the next generation.

Working production target: controlled descendants in 48–72 hours after a usable winner signal and required approvals. This is a process target, not a promised result.

01 / Source

Build the reference set.

Ingest the relevant advertiser, competitor and market material. Keep source counts and coverage visible so the next conclusion can be traced back to evidence.

02 / Diagnose

Separate crowded patterns from open territory.

Cross-reference what competitors repeat against the insight library. The output is not a trend list—it is a reasoned view of what the category owns and what remains unclaimed.

03 / Brief

Turn the signal into testable hooks.

Translate the selected mechanism into explicit hook structures and controlled variants. Each route carries a hypothesis, not just a different line of copy.

04 / Produce

Give production a sharper input.

Production can stay fast without becoming blind. The working brief preserves the market mechanism and makes the creative difference observable in the finished output.

These are internal workflow examples, shown to explain the mechanism. They are not presented as proof of an attributable Performance Capital winner.

Qualification

Five things must be true before we call it a pilot.

Required

  • A named sponsor and approval owner.
  • A real media budget for the agreed test.
  • A business KPI and explicit winner threshold.
  • Timely, sufficiently complete delivery data.
  • Agreed scope, usage rights and commercial mechanics.

We will not frame as Performance Capital

  • An unpaid speculative pitch with no media commitment.
  • An unlimited request for free assets.
  • A test measured only on opinions or engagement.
  • A guaranteed-performance promise.
  • A public client case without explicit permission and verified evidence.

The honest status

We are validating the system, not claiming the category is solved.

Orcool has promising prior creative evidence. The Performance Capital model itself is at design-partner stage: end-to-end attribution, commercial winner mechanics and repeatability still have to be demonstrated through live, qualified pilots.

Questions

Before we discuss a test.

Does Orcool fund the media budget?

No. Orcool funds the agreed creative production scope. The advertiser funds distribution and provides the operating environment where performance can be measured.

Does “funded creative” mean unlimited free production?

No. Every pilot has a bounded scope and risk envelope agreed before production. Work outside that scope requires a new decision.

What counts as a winner?

The business gate agreed for the pilot. It may include spend and a commercial KPI, but it is never defined by creative taste alone.

What does Orcool earn?

Commercial terms are agreed per qualified pilot and tied to the agreed performance mechanics. This page does not publish a universal fee or carry formula.

Where do local contributors fit?

Local Signal and an evidence-qualified Local Jury can help select, diagnose and rewrite. They inform the work; delivery data remains winner truth.

Can we start with intelligence only?

Yes. Intelligence is the signal layer shown above and can be used independently through Slack or compatible MCP clients, without entering a Performance Capital pilot.
